As an Area Part Development (APD) 'spare part' of Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM), there are 3 main job responsibility:
1. SALES CONTROL
- Control selling in target of 'Main Dealer' and also selling out target of MD to authorized (Yamaha dealer) & non-authorized (partshop/bengkel umum).
- Distribute all information (ex: promotion, sales target, etc) from YIMM as principle to Main Dealer (MD) as a business partner of YIMM
2. INVENTORY CONTROL
- Control the amount of MD spare part at MD warehouse/inventory
- Make a purchase recommandation/advise to MD about spare part stock A, B, C, D (A=fast moving, B,C=slow moving, D=dead stock)
- Check and balances about spare part IN to MD and spare part OUT to market
3. EDUCATION
- Responsible to educate all stake holder of MD about the 'purpose', 'vision', and 'mission' of YAMAHA
- Educate part counter of Yamaha dealer about Yamaha SOP
- Keep good relationship with partshop owner (bengkel umum)
*Main Dealer (MD) = A big company that have agreement to distribute Yamaha product
